The DM2C series is a self-developed all-digital integrated stepper drive series. Using RS485 communication interface and based on the standard Modbus RTU protocol, users can control up to 31 stepper drives at the same time. The product has an internal integrated controller, supports PR function, supports 16-segment position table, and can cover stepper motors with 42, 57, 60, and 86 bases. Because it has built-in control functions, users can achieve corresponding control requirements without purchasing additional PLCs, which can greatly reduce system costs. At the same time, the product also has a variety of input and output interfaces, supports teaching functions, supports trial operation, and can complete a variety of control tasks such as position, speed, and return to origin with a variety of triggering methods.

1. Built-in single-axis controller (PR)
PR (Position Register) is a self-developed position register mode that supports single-axis motion control functions. It can be configured with 16-segment position table programs and supports positioning, zero return, limit, emergency stop, JOG and other functions. It can save the pulse output points of the upper controller, simplify system design, and greatly reduce the user's development cost.


2、支持RS485总线通讯
双口RJ45连接器,基于标准的Modbus RTU协议,可支持多达31轴的RS485运动控制网络。

3、低速抗共振
步进系统存在固有的共振点,DM2C系列驱动器采用优异的抗共振算法,抓取共振点特征,有效规避或抑制共振点,提升了中低速稳定性和高速力矩输出。


4、T/S曲线指令平滑
内置T型和S型指令平滑技术、减少负载运动和传动机械引起的瞬时扰动,使得电机运动更稳定平滑。

5、支持抱闸和报警输出
DM2C系列具有丰富的输入输出接口。7路数字量输入,可接回零、限位、急停、触发等输入信号;3路数字量输出,可配置抱闸、报警等输出信号。
