DM3C Series EtherCAT Bus

DM3C series is our independent research and development of economic high-speed bus stepper driver products, based on DM3E series stable and reliable basis, more easy to use, low cost and other characteristics. The DM3C series supports the CANopen over EtherCAT (COE) protocol, conforms to the CiA402 standard, the bus transmission rate can reach 100Mb/s, and supports the CSP, PP, PV, HM control mode, which can realize the real-time control and data transmission of the stepping system. For multi-axis control networks, the use of efficient, stable and mature EtherCAT industrial bus solution can provide customers with significant optimization of space, cost and system complexity.

l Support standard EtherCAT protocol and compatible with most EtherCAT communication master stations on the market;

l Support CSP, PP, PV, HM control modes;

l Provide configurable alarm/arrival output interface;

l Optocoupler isolation signal input, strong anti-interference ability;

l According to the running characteristics of the motor, different anti-vibration strategies are adopted at low speed and medium speed to ensure the smooth operation of the motor in the full speed range;

l Built-in micro-step subdivision algorithm to achieve low-subdivision control instructions and high-subdivision operation effects;

l Low heat generation, no step loss, stable operation, and strong acceleration capability;

l High reliability, providing overvoltage, overcurrent and other protection functions;

l The parameters can be modified and configured by connecting to the host computer through the USB debugging port.
