YSS57-P Integrated Closed-Loop Stepper Motor
The YSS57-P series integrated motor adopts the new generation of 32-bit DSP control technology and power angle control technology. The highest speed can reach more than 3000rmp, and the high-speed torque attenuation is much lower than that of ordinary open-loop drivers. It can greatly improve the high-speed performance and torque utilization rate of stepper motors, effectively reduce motor heating and vibration, and thus improve the processing efficiency and accuracy of the machine.
The use of load-based current control technology can effectively reduce motor heating and extend the service life of the motor. The built-in in-place and alarm output signals of the driver facilitate detection and control by the host computer. The position out-of-tolerance alarm function ensures the safe operation of the processing equipment.
